We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Specialist to join a growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling both accounts payable and receivable, and will have a strong understanding of Netsuite or other major ERP systems. This role is a key part of our financial operations and plays a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality motocross gear. Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Conduct account reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy • Process invoices efficiently and accurately • Maintain accurate customer credit records • Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action for delinquent payments • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, SAP, and NetSuite for data entry and other tasks • Ensure billing processes are carried out in a timely and accurate manner • Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline accounting processes • Resolve customer credit inquiries in a detail oriented and efficient mann

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or a similar role

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Billing and Data Entry

• Expertise in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Oracle, SAP, and NetSuite

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
