The Role
The Proofpoint Technical Training organization educates customers, partners, and Proofpoint employees globally on Proofpoint products, solutions, and best practices. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Training Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations for our Training business in EMEA. This person will be regularly interfacing with our customers and Authorized Training Partners, must have outstanding communication skills and be adept at working in enterprise applications like our Learning Management System, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to become proficient in customer communications, project management, global operations and coordination of a complex delivery of virtual and classroom trainings. You’ll work closely with a team of talented instructional designers and trainers, handling the day-to-day tasks that are crucial to our training program’s success.
Your day-to-day
Become proficient in our Learning Management System, and perform regular administration tasks in the LMS
Compose and deliver outbound email notifications to customers regarding courses, maintenance windows, promotions, and other communications.
Communicate with lead teams and identify the training requirements for departments
Support our Authorized Training Partners, including providing access to content and scheduling events.
Monitor the Training team email inbox and respond to internal and external requests for information
Plan training delivery schedule, build classes in the LMS, and make any schedule adjustments as needed
Create and keep up to date customer facing Technical Training brochures and promotional materials
Prepare and deliver training completion reports for both internal and external customers
Manage a case queue and corresponding daily operational tasks, such as student enrollments, account creation, completion reports, etc.
What you bring to the team
Previous experience in a coordinator or project manager role
Experience or exposure working in a learning management system
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong desire to collaborate, work as a team, and contribute ideas for ongoing improvement
Demonstrated proficiency working in enterprise level applications
Excellent technical and analytical skills, demonstrated high level of accuracy and completion
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Basic Web skills, ability to make updates to web pages and wikis
Bonus – familiarity with network security industry and its relevant players and products
