Red Hat EMEA Business Process Analyst (Fixed-Term) in Cork, Ireland

The Red Hat Finance GTM Operations organization is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join in EMEA. In this role, you will provide support for business process improvement across Finance and Sales Incentives, and in general in the Lead to Opportunity value stream. You will provide methods, tools, and analysis for process management and improvement. We'll need you to contribute to the creation and documentation of future-state business processes as well as the assessment and validation of current processes and gaps. You will model, design, and align processes with an organization's strategic goals, design and implement process architectures, as well as establish process measurement systems that align with organizational goals. You will support methods of facilitation and implementation of standardized processes across global teams.

What will you do:

  • Provide analysis and develop business process diagrams and models to support process design or redesign initiatives

  • Bring expertise or identify subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership, and compliance with procedures

  • Conduct interviews and facilitate meetings with business owners to derive and validate business process models and gaps

  • Using Business Process Modeling Notation, document current- and future-state business processes at a suitably detailed level to derive required insight

  • Analyze and document dependencies between new and existing processes

  • Identify key business readiness considerations, activities, and deliverables in order to adopt changes resulting from business process or systems improvements

  • Monitor business readiness and adoption through process performance audits and reports

  • Partner with other teams at Red Hat to collaborate on issues and address improvement opportunities

  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization as a thought leader in the process space.

What will you bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in consultative business process design, change, and implementation

  • Familiarity with capability modeling and levels

  • Familiarity with documenting business requirements

  • Ability to quickly learn and apply skills for Business Process Diagram development and BPMN (modeling notation)

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and good presentation skills. Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity.

  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite, Jira & SAP Signavio

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in Business Administration (concentration in Finance) or Computer Information Systems is preferred

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus
