This is a Shift Reliability Technician position located in Corinth, MS. 

Job Summary: Preventing and fixing problems on technologically advanced, high-speed machines that produce top-notch products for of the worlds population is no easy feat, but its worth it when youre recognized often by your manager, supported by your team, and see the products you produce being used by your own family at the end of the day. The purpose of this position is to provide support for reliability and continuous improvement for CPPM with a focus on delivering Mill Objectives. Responsibilities: Respond to troubleshooting needs prioritized by the business needs. Develop and document reliability activities. Manage assets to benchmark levels with continuous improvement projects. Provide reliability training and instruction (Mentoring). Perform mechanical tasks efficiently and perform minor electrical tasks. Respond to asset needs, address personal development, and support mentoring roles. Ability to interact withing the Reliability arena (Maintenance Planner, Engineers, Vendors, Staff Support, i.e.). Utilize systems to support the role (SAP, PIMS, i.e.).

Qualifications: Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States. Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate. Has technical skills associated with Tech School or equivalent or is trained in industrial manufacturing. Must have or be actively pursuing an Electrical or Mechanical Reliability Competency Level. 1 years of continuous work experience. Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills. Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime. Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug background screening. Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT). Work well in a team environment.
