Job Description

Position Summary:Division Director is responsible for leadership to and management of operations for the children’s division. The division Director is responsible for department growth, fiscal viability and operational excellence.

Essential Accountabilities:

  • Provide leadership to the Children’s Division including all community-based services, residential homes and Youth care coordination

  • Oversee clinical and program management including the development and implementation of standardized clinical and program management policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the division

  • Oversee the implantation of clinical/program operations that ensure quality/standards of clinical care

  • Ensure program goals align with the mission and values of WellLife Network, INC

  • Collaborate with the financial team, operations leadership in the development of annual budgets

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance clinical/program services to ensure fiscal viability

  • Ensure consistent compliance with all applicable state, federal, and local regulatory standards throughout the programs

  • Collaborate with the Vice President of clinical Services and administration to establish metrics/benchmarks and monitor program performance

  • Develop and implement action plans as needed

  • Establish program goals, measurable objectives, and implement processes for efficient, cost effective operations

  • Assist with direct services when needed

  • Provide supervision of Deputy Directors and those that directly report to you

  • Take part in high-risk reviews and clinical consultations

  • Attending assigned county and state meetings and reviews.

Qualifications

Masters in Social work or Mental Health Counseling WITH APPROPRIATE LICENSE CANDIDATE must have minimum of five years’ experience working with children and families as well as supervisory experience. Strong written and verbal skills. Experience working in electronic health record a plus. Position requires you work in our Coram office location.
