Health Advocates Network * is hiring an *Order Fulfilment Specialist (2-Year Exp Req) ! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized independent pharmacy/ DME company located in Coral Springs, FL.

  • Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

  • Shift: Days 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Mon-Fri)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Contract Length: 15 weeks (temp to perm)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting the delivery of DME services. This full-time, in-office position reports directly to the Manager of Operations and offers a competitive salary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with providers to promote our DME services.

  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in diabetes management and treatment to provide informed assistance to patients and the healthcare team.

  • Facilitate communication between healthcare providers and internal teams, ensuring prompt resolution of any service issues, delays, or product inquiries.

  • Educate providers on our DME product offerings, usage guidelines, and compliance requirements.

  • Work with providers to secure the necessary prescriptions, clinical notes, and other supporting documentation required to fulfill Continuous Glucose Monitor orders.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Review medical documentation, including progress notes, lab reports, and prescriptions to ensure they meet clinical qualifications per insurance requirements.

    Order Fulfillment Specialist Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a healthcare or DME environment, particularly with obtaining medical documentation, is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable spending majority of day assisting patients via phone.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other team members.

  • Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help patients manage their diabetes effectively.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work in an office full time.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Medical Assistants or Pharmacy Tech strongly preferred
