Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating training sessions.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

• Assist in organizing employee events and recognition programs.

• Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR policies are adhered to and implemented effectively.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus.
