Amgen operates in Norway and Denmark as a combined affiliate, and this cluster is expected to be the biggest growth sales contributor in the entire WEMEA region in 2024. This Coordinator role will be part of the Value, Access and Policy + Life-cycle management team, which is responsible for legacy brands and biosimilars; for access-/reimbursement related activities for the commercial entities in both countries as well as external communication and the reputation of Amgen in Denmark and Norway.

Reporting to our Value Access & Policy Associate Director, the Value Access & Policy Coordinator will be a key contributor to all operational aspects of the team, hereunder taking minutes from team-meetings; the development and creation of promotional materials (invitations, agendas), external and internal event execution, compliance (governance process Including contracting, and systems superuser etc.); financial execution (POs, SAP etc.); transparency database reporting; upload of promotional material to national databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the VA&P + LCM team projects;

  • Execute internal compliance processes within BU, including internal approvals and external contracting, train and guide BU-team members on admin compliance processes;

  • Creation and design in Office 365 of BU-specific marketing materials;

  • Support planning, coordination and full execution of external events;

  • Responsible for the marketing materials process in cooperation with the external vendor (ensure compliant handling, ordering and distribution of materials to HCPs, exhibitions etc.).

  • Responsible for BU SharePoint sites/Team channels.

  • Proactive follow-up of sponsorship files and consultancy agreements: making sure the files are complete according to company standards, coordinate the internal flow, etc.

  • Responsible for the Purchase Process: management of contracts (Master Service Agreements), onboarding of new vendors, creation of purchase orders and monitoring purchase orders and payments.

  • Support the VA&P team in the review and approval process for different materials.

  • Support with Tender-/Pricing tasks.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor degree / Masters' degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 2 years related experience in business support, project management or

commercial function.

  • Experience using MS Office tools.

  • Experience from working with compliance processes.

  • Experience from working with SAP or similar system.

  • Fluency in Danish and/or Norwegian, with a working understanding of Danish and/or Norwegianand English.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in similar or related role.

  • Solid knowledge of the pharma industry.

  • Knowledge on internal stakeholders in region and sub-region.

  • Knowledge on internal and external compliance.

  • Experienced in project management.
