Red Shed Brewery LLC (Cooperstown) Line Cook in Cooperstown, New York
Full-time and part time shifts available. Work in a fast-paced food truck environment (on-site at tap house) assisting head cook & manager with various aspects of meal preparation. Take guest orders using POS system and answer guest questions in a courteous manner. Cleanliness is a must. Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, basic knife handling skills, ability to lift over 20 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to measure ingredients accurately. Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment. Ability to understand and carry out directions. Must be reliable and cash handling experience is preferred. Pay $15.00- $18.00 per hour plus tips.
