Job Title: Mold Maker

Job Description

The candidate will be working in the Mold Shop, utilizing CNC Machining and EDM to create custom injection mold cavities. This role requires a strong understanding of the tools and techniques involved in mold making.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines and EDM equipment to create custom injection mold cavities.

  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise creation of molds.

  • Utilize tool and die knowledge to complete projects accurately.

  • Work with lathe equipment as needed for mold making.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the Mold Shop.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining).

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Experience in tool and die making.

  • Proficiency with lathe operations.

  • Knowledge of injection mold processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a Mold Shop environment.

  • Familiarity with CNC Machining.

Work Environment

The candidate will be working in the Mold Shop, operating CNC Machining and EDM equipment to create custom injection mold cavities. The work environment is structured and organized, ensuring a high standard of safety and efficiency.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Coon Rapids, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
