Acxiom is looking for a new member to join our strategy and innovation team. The ideal Analysts Relations Manager has extensive experience in analyst relations activities and a foundational understanding of the marketing and advertising ecosystem. The candidate must be able to:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive and effective analyst relations strategy that enhances the company's reputation and influence with key industry analysts.

• Work closely with senior executives, product managers, marketing managers, and sales leaders to communicate the company's vision, strategy, value proposition, and differentiation to the analyst community.

• Monitor and analyze analyst research, feedback, and recommendations, and provide actionable insights and guidance to internal stakeholders.

KEy RESPONSIBILITIES - What you will do:

• Build and maintain strong and trusted relationships with relevant analysts and influencers across the globe.

• Plan and execute analyst briefings, inquiries, events, webinars, and other engagement activities that showcase the company's thought leadership and innovation.

• Coordinate and prepare analyst relations materials, such as presentations, white papers, case studies, and data sheets, that highlight the company's strengths and differentiation.

• Manage analyst relations budget, contracts, and vendor relationships.

• Track and measure the impact and ROI of analyst relations activities and report on key metrics and outcomes.

• Provide analyst relations training and coaching to internal spokespeople and subject matter experts.

• Stay abreast of analyst research, trends, and competitive landscape, and share relevant insights and best practices with internal teams.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

• At least ten years of proven experience in analyst relations, public relations, or marketing communications in the technology industry.

• Strong knowledge of the analyst landscape and the role of analysts in influencing technology buyers and markets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and formats.

• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of the organization.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a high degree of initiative and creativity.
