Hiring For Assemblers in Conover, NC Pay Up To $17/hr.

Seeking Immediate Candidates.

Job Description:

• Reads and interprets simple blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to verify assembly process and quality requirements.

• Takes direction from supervisor to understand assembly procedures and production goals.

• Follows assembly procedures to build parts, using hands and small machinery.

• Explains assembly procedures or techniques to other workers.

• Positions, aligns, or adjusts workpieces or parts to facilitate assembly.

• Cleans parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths.

• Packs finished parts for shipment, including labeling and bagging parts, adding the corresponding instruction information, and placing bagged parts into boxes.

• Examines products to verify quality, including Bonnet to Body Testing and ECL Testing.

• Identifies quality issues, determines causes, and reworks parts as necessary.

Shift:

1st shift: 7:30am – 4:00pm

2nd shift: 4:00pm – 12:30am

*Orientations will be every Monday and Wednesday from 7:30am-11:00am. They will start on their shift the next day after orientation. *

• Ability to life 45 pounds and perform repeated physical tasks.

• Manual dexterity (i.e. the ability to make coordinated hand and finger movements to grasps and manipulate objects of varying sizes).

• Ability to stand for 8 hours a day.

• Skill in active listening and following directions.
