Job Title: Machine Operator - Centerless Grinder

Job Description

We are seeking a Machine Operator with a focus on Grinder operations. This role requires basic math and English reading skills, along with the ability to read and interpret work orders. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with grind machines, specifically Cincinnati Centerless Grinder. Experience in the Aerospace industry is highly preferred. The position may require overtime work, including weekends, as necessary.

Hard Skills

  • Ability to use precision measuring/inspection equipment such as micrometer and height gages

  • Experience working with grind machines (Cincinnati Centerless Grinder)

  • Aerospace industry experience

Soft Skills

  • Basic math and English reading skills

  • Ability to read and interpret work orders

  • Mechanically inclined

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Compton, California.

Work Environment

The role is based in a clean machine shop and offers a diverse work environment.
