Overseeing and addressing issues related to the coating process on lithium-ion battery electrodes;

Resolving coating defects, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies by diagnosing root causes and implementing corrective actions;

Die Assembly and Dry Condition Management:

Addressing issues related to the die assembly, ensuring alignment, cleanliness, and proper function for consistent coating;

Monitoring and optimizing the dry conditions during the coating process to prevent moisture or other environmental issues affecting quality;

Coating Process Setup and Condition Optimization:

Establishing and optimizing parameters for coating processes, including temperature, humidity, speed, pressure, and coating material;

Setting up and calibrating equipment to ensure optimal coating conditions for high-quality electrode production;

Working with RandD staff to test and implement new coating materials and methods, aligning them with production needs;

Coating Surface Defect Analysis and Resolution:

Implementing process improvements and equipment adjustments to eliminate or minimize defects, ensuring high product quality;

Coating Equipment Improvement:

Collaborating with maintenance and engineering staff to identify opportunities for improving coating equipment performance, reliability, and longevity;

Ensuring equipment is maintained according to manufacturer recommendations and company standards, minimizing downtime and extending operational lifespan;

Work Environment Enhancement:

Leading initiatives to improve the work environment in the coating areas, focusing on cleanliness, safety, and ergonomics;

Ensuring that all processes comply with safety regulations and environmental standards to maintain a safe and sustainable workplace;

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinating with other department to ensure seamless integration of coating process improvements with overall production goals;

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintaining comprehensive records of coating process parameters, defects, troubleshooting activities, and improvements;
