We're currently seeking experienced Service Technicians/Mechanics with a background in Utility Equipment & Trucks, hydraulics maintenance and repair to join our dynamic team.

Key Details:

  • Our equipment includes Boom Trucks/Cranes, Bucket/Dump Trucks, Digger Derricks, Utility Trucks, and more.

  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with overtime as needed.

  • Pay and Benefits: Pay based on experience, benefits including 401(k) with employer match, healthcare plans, 25 paid days off annually, Technician training "STEP", Uniforms, boot allowance, Tool programs.

Summary

Determine and perform needed assessment, diagnosis, replacement, and repair of hydraulic equipment with minimal oversight. Provide written documentation of repairs as required by the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Background in hydraulic fluid power troubleshooting.

  • Background in pneumatic tool troubleshooting.

  • Experience troubleshooting diesel equipment and aftertreatment systems.

  • Experience with Quick Serve, DTNA and other diagnostic software.

  • Assess, diagnose, and repair a variety of utility equipment from various manufacturers.

  • Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using appropriate tools.

  • Test mechanical products and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.

  • DOT, ANSI and Dielectric testing.

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness tasks on equipment and vehicles.

  • Maintain accurate records of parts, services, and labor for cost tracking.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and attend monthly safety meetings.

  • Ability to possess a CDL.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 plus years of related experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Own set of tools required.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to get a CDL. "CTOS will assist with training."
