Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer Lead/Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine shop skills, manufacturing, engineering, and fabrication, with a strong background in Lean Manufacturing. The role involves supporting multiple departments, creating custom fixtures, and ensuring parts are built to specifications using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Support three departments: sheet metal, evaporator, and tubing.

• Create and design custom fixtures in-house.

• Find efficiencies and cost savings in manufacturing processes.

• CNC programming

• Verify sheet metal parts using SolidWorks and AutoCAD 2D.

• Engage in sheet metal fabrication, including blanking and forming into press brakes.

• Ensure parts are qualified and built to print.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with machines and press brakes

• Knowledge of CAR (Corrective Action Requests)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
