Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a full-time Suites Administrator to join our team at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. As a Suites Administrator, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the team and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry and processing of menu orders

• Compile game day reports and process all post-event information

• Work directly with luxury suite members and catering contacts to establish levels of service for game day

• Coordinate set up of luxury suites and pantry information for game day service

• Act as a supervisor on game day and assist with training team members

Qualifications

• Previous food/beverage experience with fine dining or premium Sportservice experience preferred

• General knowledge of beer, wine and liquor basics

• Customer service experience including phone/communication proficiency

• Computer literacy including word and excel. Micros experience a plus

• Flexible availability based on event schedule

• Well organized, neat and efficient.

• Ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

• Physically capable of loading in weekly beverage deliveries

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift
