Job Summary:
The Senior Analyst, FP&A will support the financial performance management of Airtron, including consolidating and loading data, managing reforecast and budget models, and providing financial support of ad-hoc growth initiatives across the business. The role will also be responsible for creating financial results packages. This role will report to the Manager, Finance and Integration.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Regular consolidation, loading, and exporting of data to/from Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon)
Collection of KPI data across the business
Support the analysis of financial results including highlighting noteworthy variances and gathering information
Create financial results packages and provide initial commentary
Support monthly reforecasts and annual budgeting processes
Support the development of financial models and business cases as needed
Research and track both industry and competitive landscapes, identifying significant KPIs and trends
As needed support other activities of the Airtron M&A team, including due diligence, financial analysis, return modeling, and creation of presentation materials
Continually search for ways to optimize and improve data collection, financial models, and results analysis
Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety
Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
The position will be Hybrid 2-3 days in office the locations will be Houston, TX or Columbus, OH
Occasional work outside normal business hours as needed
Occasional travel as needed
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
3+ years finance or related experience
Intermediate computer skills and able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing
Valid driver's license required

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Advanced Excel skills
Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL
Prior project management experience
Demonstrated financial modeling experience

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift/move up to 20 pounds frequently
Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, reflective safety vests, gloves and safety toe, construction-grade work boots
Must be able to adhere to long periods of standing, walking or sitting
Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech and/or other sounds to operate phones or other equipment safely.
With natural or corrected vision, able to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perception
Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to others
Ability to enter text or data into a computer by means of a traditional keyboard or 10-key numeric keypad
