JPMorgan Chase Product Tooling Senior Associate - Product Operations in Columbus, Ohio

Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Product Operations contributes to solutions brought to not only the broader CCB Product, Experience, Data and Technology (PXT) community, but also course-corrects teams where they deviate from established guidelines. We have a passion for learning, developing new processes and helping teams improve their performance.

As a Senior Associate in Consumer & Community Banking Product Operations, you will be a self-starter, focused on the governance, adoption and usage of agility tools within CCB Product, Experience, Data and Technology teams. You will have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the CCB-wide community. You will contribute in a dynamic environment as both an individual contributor and as part of broader, collaborative efforts.

Job responsibilities

  • Create and define standards of Agility Tools for CCB PXT

  • Focus on setting policies for consistent tool usage across the PXT community by reviewing requested changes to policies and providing recommendations. Work with products to drive adoption of new policies.

  • Draft, publish and maintain system and process documentation as a source of reference for CCB PXT

  • Provide team guidance to product teams on usage of Agility tools and practices

  • Focus on delivering the PXT leadership vision even when encountering headwinds

  • Leverage analytic tools to provide insights and guidance on tool usage and areas for improvement

  • Build and maintain relationships across CCB PXT community in order to effectively guide and influence change

  • Be a hygiene champion by identifying opportunities to help teams better adhere to our data quality standards

  • Ensure strategic updates are represented in the tool

  • Work closely with training teams to create training content as tool usage evolves and policies change

  • Participate in community engagement and represent CCB Product Operations in key forums

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 4+ years product, change management or process improvement experience.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive level communication.

  • Ability to build strong internal and external client relationships.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

  • Candidates must be self-motivated and confident in ambiguous circumstances.

  • College degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working on projects through all phases of a software development lifecycle is a plus.

  • Agile product experience, including use of agile project management tools (i.e. Align, Jira, Confluence, etc.) a plus.

  • Alteryx experience a plus.

Candidates must be able to physically work in one of our below offices 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.
