Job Title: International Business Analyst (SAP Integration, Remote Contract) GERMAN-SPEAKING preferred Location: 100% Remote Duration: 5-7 Months Start Date: March Work Schedule: Standard CDT business hours, with occasional early morning meetings to collaborate with international teams Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the mapping and integration of an international application into SAP. This role will focus on documenting current processes, ensuring smooth data migration, and collaborating with both international and domestic teams to align system capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, system integration, and SAP functionality, with the ability to effectively communicate across different time zones and cultural backgrounds. This position requires morning collaboration with international teams and afternoon work with domestic teams, requiring flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules. Key Responsibilities * Business Process Mapping: Analyze, document, and translate existing application processes into SAP. * Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with international and domestic teams to bridge business requirements and technical specifications. * Data Migration & Integration: Support accurate data mapping and system alignment between the legacy application and SAP. * Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between international business users and SAP teams to ensure smooth transitions and issue resolution. * Documentation & Reporting: Create clear, detailed business requirement documents, process flows, and system integration specifications. * Project Support: Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordination of integration activities, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines. * Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Identify potential gaps or challenges in the transition process and work proactively to address them. Required Qualifications ? Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of system integrations and business process mapping (preferably SAP). ? Experience in global or international project environments, with strong cross-functional communication skills. ? Comfort working with international teams, including those with non-English speakers and varying accents. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ? Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills to track system changes and requirements. ? Flexibility in work hours to accommodate morning collaboration with international teams. Preferred Qualifications ? SAP experience in system integration, business process mapping, or data migration. ? Familiarity with supply chain, order management, or inventory management systems. ?
