Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and experienced International Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our international and top tier clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams, as well as our regenerative agriculture agronomists, to provide exceptional support and guidance to our clients. You will report directly to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and International Market Expansion.
Responsibilities
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with international clients serving as their primary point of contact
Integral part of maintaining and relationships with customers ensuring retention and renewal of accounts.
Understand clients' goals and objectives and provide tailored recommendations and solutions to help them achieve success
Collaborate with internal agronomic and administrative teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
Collate agronomic reports and data-driven recommendations
Coordinate ordering and deliver of sap
Track and monitor clients' progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement
Coordinate and deliver training and educational materials to clients, as needed
Stay updated on industry trends and developments, sharing relevant information with clients
Requirements
Previous experience in client success or account management role, preferably on an international scale
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client challenges and opportunities
Passion for regenerative agriculture and sustainable farming practices
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexibility and adaptability to work with clients from different cultures and backgrounds
Willingness to travel internationally, as needed
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a related field
