Robert Half Desktop Support Analyst in Columbus, Ohio

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks, including troubleshooting computer hardware, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. You will be part of a team that handles customer applications and monitors customer accounts in the technology engineering services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

• Implement and manage Active Directory services

• Work with various technologies such as Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, and Backup Technologies

• Configure computer systems and networks to enhance efficiency

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Install and configure computer hardware and software applications

• Actively engage in multiple projects in a collaborative environment

• Exhibit a willingness to learn new skills and strive for continuous improvement

• Manage and monitor customer accounts, and take appropriate action when necessary

• Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow in the organization. Requirements

• Experience with Computer Hardware

• Understanding of Dell Technologies

• Expertise in Active Directory

• Ability to support Apple Devices

• Experience with Backup Technologies

• Proficiency in Configuration Management

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Willingness to continually update knowledge and skill set in line with rapidly changing technology

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills

• Ability to maintain confidential information

• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
