Where Your Career is a Force for Good! The American Red Cross is currently seeking a Summer Intern within the Training Services Department to support the Sales Analytics team. This is a remote position with limited travel. Working in Eastern Standard Time is preferred. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview): The Training Services Summer Internship Program offers undergraduate and graduate students an opportunity to gain work experience in a non-profit organization. During the 10-week program, students receive training and develop their skills and knowledge under the guidance of experienced professionals. The 2025 Summer Internship program will run from May 28, 2025, through August 1, 2025. Business Analytics Intern will be responsible for supporting data analysis projects, recurring reporting, and FY26 transition efforts. This role will be key in providing additional support to the Sales Analytics team within Training Services Business Analytics as well as supporting B2B Sales Operations. Intern will also work directly with the Business Planning Analyst supporting Sales Operations initiatives (sales cadences, dashboards, reporting, projects). WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities): * Develop models and reports to track key sales metrics and support ad hoc data requests. * Support performance management weekly/monthly reporting (KPIs, Forecasts, revenue trend analysis). * Develop reports and dashboards in Salesforce to meet data needs of B2B Sales Teams. * Review current data analysis processes and provide recommendations for improvement. * Become a subject matter expert on Training Services structure, sales organization & processes, and business analytics practices. Standard Schedule: Monday- Friday Standard business hours. The salary for this position is $20.00 an hour. This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications): * Education: Currently enrolled in a 4-year College/University. Business, finance, economics, and other quantitative majors are strongly preferred. * Experience: Up to 1 year of related experience Skills & Abilities: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint is required. Experience with Salesforce CRM, PowerBi and/or data warehouse reporting systems (e.g. - Oracle, SAP) is a plus. * Ability to research and analyze data to identify trends. * Ability to work on a team.

* Travel: Ability to travel to attend in person meetings 10-20%. Must have valid driver's license.
