Where Your Career is a Force for Good! The American Red Cross is currently seeking a Summer Intern within the Training Services Department to support the B2B Sales Team. This is a work from home position with limited travel. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview): The Training Services Summer Internship Program offers undergraduate and graduate students an opportunity to gain work experience in a non-profit organization. During the 10-week program, students receive training and develop their skills and knowledge under the guidance of experienced professionals. The 2025 Summer Internship program will run from May 28, 2025, through August 1, 2025. This intern will be tasked with identifying gaps, errors, and inconsistencies within BGST process documents and training curriculum. Additionally, they will review BGST and Field sales processes to highlight opportunities for alignment. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities): * Examine and audit various Sales processes across multiple business units (Field and BGST) * Identify steps in various Knowledge articles and job aids that could be simplified by verbiage updates or screen shots * Identify discrepancies or deficiencies across business processes and/or training programs by business unit * Create an inventory of suggested processes to be revised, including complexity of impacted process, sales teams impacted and if solution is process or system based * Develop recommendation that will provide a framework for Sales teams to better align, facilitating easier task completion for the Sales and/or Admin team and enhancing the overall employee and customer experience. Standard Schedule: Monday- Friday Standard business hours. The salary for this position is $20.00 an hour. This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications): * Education: High School or equivalent required. Internship is typically part of an undergraduate program which requires some university credit hours. Undergraduate Junior/Senior preferred. Potential Majors include Business Psychology, Organizational Studies, Business, Communications. * Experience: Up to 1 year of related experience * Skills & Abilities: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). * Ability to work on a team with remote support. * Ability to work the entire 10-week internship. * Travel: Ability to travel to attend in person meetings 10-20%. Must have valid driver's license. * Combination of candidate's education and genera
