JPMorgan Chase Acquisition Marketing Business Analyst Sr. Associate in Columbus, Ohio

The Business Banking Acquisition Marketing Team is responsible for driving high-quality customer growth through prospect acquisition and relationship deepening. As a core member of the team this role requires a professional to support the Business Banking Acquisitions Marketing team and partner with the marketing team, finance team, etc to analyze and interpret reporting to increase the understanding of campaign results.

As a Acquisition Marketing Business Analyst Senior Associate you will create and deliver reports outlining the performance of Acquisition campaigns, tactics and tests. Your focus is to increase the speed and improve the understanding of campaign results, you will also use data to provide strategic recommendations to marketers to improve their campaigns. Partnering with marketing strategy, analytics, acquisition forecasting and finance you will be a team player where you will lead accountability of results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own daily, weekly, monthly account reporting related to the Business Banking Acquisitions Marketing team campaigns

  • Analyze early response and quality results of acquisition campaigns by channel or audience targeted.

  • Interact with Business Banking Analytics team, Finance, and Marketing teams to understand goals, priorities, success metrics, and variance drivers to realize growth opportunities and explain variances to expectations.

  • Interpret results and present to stakeholders/senior leaders to explain customer behavior using analytics and statistical techniques

  • Become an expert in Business Banking acquisitions trends and impacts from strategic initiatives, marketplace, and competitive landscape

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 4+ years of finance or analytics experience.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

  • Financial services industry experience a plus

  • Skilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization

  • Develops strong partnerships; leads through collaboration; recognized as a team player

  • Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills - especially for C-suite audiences
