What You Will Be Doing: Supervise a dynamic team of Academic Designers, guiding their efforts to create impactful educational content. Oversee an extensive group of external vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards. Make informed decisions to optimize resource allocation and manage operational initiatives for tactical delivery. Utilize external perspectives to enhance products and services, articulating customer needs to drive meaningful solutions. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, Social Studies, or a related field. Experience leading a team. Experience with writing or editing educational materials preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
