This is a Direct Hire position for 3rd shift paying $31.50/hr.

What’s a typical day as a Toolmaker Support Specialist? You’ll be:

• Fully proficient in setting up and operating machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, grinders, and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment to machine parts to specifications

• Using precision measuring devices, layout work, and setting up tool room machines to build or fabricate details and assemble as needed

• Instructing and coaching others and acting as an informal resource for team members with less experience

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience

• Have experience in tool and fixture design, selecting work-piece-holding devices to meet functional requirements

• Familiarity with utilizing Maximo to complete work orders and preventative maintenance is a plus

• Ability to operate fork trucks, PIV, and work from heights
