DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Comprehensive knowledge applied to performing skilled activities which support manufacturing business needs. Works with relevant functions to select and utilize appropriate resources, tools, machinery and specialty equipment. Thoroughly understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment. Acts as a formal resource leading and coordinating others. Quickly and effectively adapts to change in the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
Orientation: March 3rd - 6:30 am, 9:30 am and 4 pm . Blue 160 FSP
Selection will be based on interview process to determine the successful bidders based off qualifications AND it is mandatory that all potential candidates/bidders attend an on-shift orientation to learn more information regarding the position and have the opportunity to ask questions about the role.
• Applicants cannot have active discipline for work rule violations or attendance, as of posting date.
• Candidates are preferred to be certified on multiple operations within the area.
• Candidates must complete a successful interview for the position.
QUALIFICATIONS
Responsibilities
Machine support includes but not limited to safety controllers, PLC's, HMI's, robots, cobots, motion control, measurement systems, material handling systems, industrial networks, and computer system hardware/software application support for MES and data collection systems.
Work utilizing plant electrical controls standards
Coordinates with team in order to determine problems and implement solutions.
Analyze plant processes, design and implement improvements.
Plan preventative maintenance.
Maintain quality and safety standards are upheld
Experience / Skills
Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting Electrical circuits
Experienced in automation, PLC and HMI ( Rockwell, Siemens)
Working with Robotics (i.e. Fanuc)
Motion control, VFD and safety hardware
Vision inspection systems (Cognex, Keyence, etc.)
Knowledge of NFPA70,70E,78
AutoCAD software experience.
Excellent communication skills
