[We are seeking an experienced personnel in Cybersecurity risk and compliance area to support our growing Defense, Security and Critical Infrastructure business. The successful candidate needs to be a high-energy, well-organized, detail-oriented, forward-thinking, analyst and planner with familiarity of DoD Cybersecurity standards and policies, and have the ability to function independently and as part of a team. - Develop and maintain Cybersecurity policies and procedures for RandS USA, Inc. in accordance with RandS internal and U.S. Government standards (including NIST, DISA, etc.).
- Provide subject matter expertise to develop and implement system security plans for RandS USA customer projects in accordance with applicable NIST 800-171 / Special Publications 800-53 and FIPS-140-3 series.
- Author and maintain security related artifacts (e.g. System Security Plan) that are required for various compliance frameworks.
- Maintain CMMC Level 2 compliance on our platform that handles CUI for RandS USA.
- Assess coverage of RandSs cyber policies, processes, and tools to identify and mitigate areas of risk.
- Respond to Cybersecurity related questionnaires from customers and vendors.
- Align closely with RandS global Cybersecurity team on over-arching Cybersecurity policies.
- Work with leadership to define Cybersecurity strategy and initiatives.
- Educate workforce and partners on compliant practices and policy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (preferred) in a technical domain; or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- Demonstrable experience in helping organization(s) obtain and maintain CMMC level 2 certification.
- Technical cybersecurity implementation experience including hardware/software hardening.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning execution, reporting.
- Good understanding of Infrastructure, Application and Database security concepts.
- High integrity with credentials in managing sensitive information.
- Team player with a positive and professional demeanor, strong customer service awareness, and excellent organization and communication skills.
- Experience providing information assurance, engineering, or operational support including supporting information operations, cyber operations, system administration, and systems security.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work schedule model.
- U.S. person capable of receiving U.S. Government security clearance.
