Focus on the Family Temp P/T Quality Assurance Specialist - OOP in Colorado Springs, Colorado

The Quality Assurance Specialist - OOP position exists to provide quality checks to the FOF user experience for constituent-related interfaces.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conducts continual quality assurance reviews, testing the user experience for constituent-related interfaces

  • Drafts quality assurance policies and procedures

  • Interprets and implements quality assurance standards

  • Evaluates relevance and effectiveness of quality assurance standards

  • Investigates complaints and non-conformance issues

  • Collects and compiles statistical quality data

  • Analyzes data to identify areas for improvement

  • Develops, recommends, and monitors corrective and preventive actions

  • Prepares reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities

    Other Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Performs other duties as assigned

    Knowledge/Experience:

  • High School Diploma

    Stewardship Requirements:

  • Manages time well, maximizes hours allocated to accomplish tasks

    Pay Range: $24.00 to $27.50/hr
