The KratosiSenior DSP Engineeriwill plan, design, develop, DSP algorithms and modules for Kratos RF monitoring solutions. Troubleshoot, identify and resolve customer issues with legacy DSP analysis products. Work with a team to analyze and resolve issues discovered in all phases of software development life cycle. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Work with product group and technical leads to perform requirements design tradeoffs, scope new efforts and develop solutions in accordance with system and /product architectures. This position would involve researching, designing, implementing, and testing software-defined signal processing algorithms to characterize and process RF signals for a variety of advanced applications Support software engineering development to translate algorithm prototypes into optimized, production-quality code suitable for operational deployment Support/Maintain/Improve algorithms for legacy products Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear code. Build and maintain a robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipeline Provide clear, concise documentation of features, APIs Work with an Agile team, attend daily scrums and demonstrate working software while collaborating with a geographically distributed (remote) team Drive a culture of high-quality software development, while following industry best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement, planning them within the engineering design cycle iterations Keyword: signal processing, CICD, DSP analysis, RF signals Required Experience:

Bacheloris degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or related science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field Strong knowledge of DSP concepts such as: modems, channelizers, Doppler compensation, resampling signal processing, adaptive filtering, and floating vs fixed point implementations Strong knowledge of digital communications theory and systems including: spread spectrum, forward error correction, channel estimation, channel equalization, channel coding, and modulation types such as FSK, BPSK, QPSK, QAM Solid Understanding of object-oriented design and software engineering principles and practices using C++.
