Front Range Staffing Part Time Kitchen Assistant/Cleaner in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Front Range Staffing is seeking Part-Time Kitchen Assistant/Cleaners for immediate placement with a faith-based organization in Northeast Colorado Springs.
Pay is $18hr.
The hours available are: Monday 6pm to 10pm Tuesday 6pm to 10pm Wednesday 6pm to 10pm Saturday 11am to 5pm and 6pm to 10pm
An ideal candidate would possess the following skills and experience: Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as preparing meals and snacks, and assembling dishes according to recipes provided by the chef. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen area by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, equipment, and other surfaces. Ensure that kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment are washed and properly stored after use. Assist with setting up and breaking down kitchen stations before and after meal preparation, including arranging ingredients, utensils, and equipment in an organized manner. Assist in monitoring kitchen inventory levels, including food supplies and cleaning supplies, and notify the appropriate personnel when supplies need to be replenished. Support chef and staff as needed during meal preparation and service, including but not limited to setting up serving stations, plating dishes, and ensuring timely delivery of meals. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness to ensure the safety of both staff and residents. Appreciation for the values and traditions of a spiritual community, including respect for silence and reverence for mealtime rituals. Must live in area and have dependable transportation, there is no bus line to this location. Background check and/or passing a drug screen to be considered may be required.
