Apogee is recruiting for a Logistics Manager to support the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyenne Mountain Complex-Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) and CCIC2S Enterprise Networks within the Strategic Warning and Surveillance Systems Acquisition Delta located in Colorado Springs, CO. at Peterson Space Force Base (SFB).

What you will be doing: Perform logistics management operations involving planning, coordinating, and/or evaluating the actions needed to support specified mission requirements and system components of the Missile Warning/Missile Track Enhancement Project (MW/MT). Apply knowledge, familiarity, and experience implementing tenets of the DoD Product Support Manager Guidebook and the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements to integrate logistics requirements into MW/MT planning and execution. Provide expert logistics input on Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOW), and Performance Work Statements (PWS). Apply experience with DAF Technical Orders (TO) to coordinate review and identification of procedural and data discrepancies and provide corrections prior to publication. Work independently and/or as part of a collaborative project team to perform logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, or evaluating logistical actions required to support the MW/MT program and mission Correlate logistics requirements with program plans to assure that required support is forecasted and provided at the right time and place. Apply knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and product support planning, in accordance with the DoD 5000 series instructions, during each phase of acquisition. Lead and/or assist the program's effort to execute a Logistics Health Assessment (LHA). Familiarity with and utilization of a Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) and its processes.

Minimum Requirements: Citizenship: Must be US Citizen Clearance: Must have an active DoD Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance Education: High School Diploma Year's experience: Fifteen (15) years of directly related experience; to include eight (8) years of DoD experience to include:

knowledge, familiarity, and experience implementing tenets of the DoD Product Support Manager Guidebook and the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements to integrate logistics requirements into MW/MT planning and execution. Experience creating logistics requirements to align with program plans Experience in logistics management operations that involves planning, coordinating, and/or evaluating the actions needed to support specified mission requirements

Preferred Experience: Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in related field and twelve (12) years of relevant experience; to include five (5) years of DoD experience; OR, Master's in a related field and ten (10) years of relevant experience; to include five (5) years of DoD experience.

Utilizing Waterfall and/or Agile development logistics methodologies to both hardware and software acquisition/sustainment projects in a NCMC/ITW-AA (or similar system) System Program Office (SPO) environment.

Experience with Diminishing M nufacturing Sources and Material Shortage (DMSMS).

Understand drawing and specification hierarchy and development; Familiar with ASME-Y14.100 and all equivalent guidance pertaining to engineering drawings.

Working knowledge of technical order development, content, and change activities.

Working knowledge of Reliability, Availability, & Maintainability (RAM) modeling.

Working knowledge in acquisition life cycle processes, product development, and Life Cycle Cost modeling.

Hands-on experience supporting the acquisition lifecycle to include planning, coordinating, or evaluating the actions required to support the mission and systems sustainment.

Experience providing logistics input towards any of the following - Request for Proposals (RFPs), Statement of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs).
