TEKsystems Customer Service Representative - Remote - Part Time - Equipment Required in Coeur d Alene, Idaho

PLEASE NOTE - Equipment is REQUIRED for this opportunity, you will need the following to be considered:

  • Laptop / Desktop computer (Not accepting Macbooks, or Chromebooks at this time)

  • Webcam (attached or separate via USB)

  • Wired USB Headset

  • 1 monitor if you have a laptop, 2 monitors if you have a desktop

  • Quiet, private working area.

  • High speed internet and access to plug in directly for a wired internet connection.

Part-Time Outbound Customer Service Representative

Start Date: April 4th 2025

Contract Length: 3 months

Worksite Location: 100% Remote

Schedule: Mon-Thu 3pm-8pm & Sat 9am-3pm PST (26 hours per week)

Job Details:

· National Campaigns Unit provides shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients.

· Handle primarily outbound phone communication through autodialer (high volume – about 30 outbound calls/hour)

· Reach out to shareholders to provide information on an upcoming shareholder vote.

· Direct shareholders to where they can vote moving forward.

· Share communications, ensuring that management has their best interest in mind.

Qualifications:

· 1 to 2+ years of recent customer service experience

· Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment

· Coachability is required

· High school diploma or GED required (Education verification required)

· Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel & Outlook) required

· Critical thinking and multi-tasking skills required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
