Technical Prerequisites

  • 2-3 years' experience in the network of a multiple site Windows 2012/2016 server environment of at least 50 - 100 users

  • Experience supporting Windows 7/10 desktops

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Server 2012/2016

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016

  • Experience with Office 365 cloud services

  • conceptual knowledge of firewalls, routing and switching.

  • Virtualization Knowledge preferred (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)

  • Experience with providing remote support and using remote management software

  • Ability to work both independently and under a supervisor.

Ability to effectively communicate with clients to identify and resolve problems

ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU WILL

  • Gain and maintain an intimate knowledge of multiple client infrastructures.

  • Provide proactive support for all aspects of the client infrastructure.

  • Perform frequent, onsite audits to ensure client environments are secure, efficient and within compliance.

  • Build relationships with customer points of contact to proactively address concerns, areas of enhancement and communication.

  • Work with internal reactive and proactive resources to provide an optimal service delivery for all clients.
