Get started! Requisition Summary The Travel Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring that PACCAR's Travel and Expense systems and programs are running efficiently. This position works closely with the Global Travel and Expense Manager to implement key programs and execute PACCAR's overall corporate strategy for Travel and Expense. This position requires someone who can manage their time effectively, guaranteeing that time-sensitive issues are resolved promptly. Additionally, as this role interfaces frequently with PACCAR users at various levels of seniority within the company, it is paramount that the rockstar selected for this position have excellent communication skills and can articulate themselves well when conveying information. This role is located at the PACCAR Corporate Office (Bellevue, WA). Job Functions / Responsibilities Work closely with PACCAR users of Concur to ensure that PACCAR's Travel and Expense policies are followed Provide prompt support to internal users on a variety of issues by responding to telephone calls, emails, and "in-office" requests. Log requests and escalate, as necessary Own the daily operations and program strategy to control costs and mitigate risk Understand and explain system features and benefits as it relates to customer needs Meet or exceed customer expectations by anticipating and resolving issues Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Accounting, HR, Legal, Operations, Internal Audit) to support key deliverables Develop and deliver traveler communication, training, and education, to ensure understanding of processes, procedures, and policy compliance Communicate and conduct meetings and formal presentations with suppliers and PACCAR personnel at all levels of management Participate in SOX-related activities and compliance audits Perform additional responsibilitiesas requested, to achieve business objectives Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize multiple requests while exceeding customer expectations Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Respect of confidential client and organization information Professional presence - able to represent the company capably, inspiring confidence from suppliers and teammates Team player willing to support multiple areas of the business Proficiency with MS Office Suite Prior experience with Concurpreferred 1-3 years of related experience Education Bachelor's degreerequired Certifications in travel or hospitalitypreferred Benefits As a U.S. PACCAR employee, you have a full range of benefit options including: 401K with up to a 5% company match Fully funded pension plan that provides monthly benefits after retirement Comprehensive paid time off - minimum of 10 paid vacation days (additional days are provided with additionalseniority/years of service), 12 paid holidays, and sick time Tuition reimbursement for continued education Medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your family Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savi
