Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OT Security Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust security strategies for our clients' operational technology environments. You will be responsible for developing OT Security Programs that deliver secure OT outcomes for clients. You will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to identify vulnerabilities, develop security frameworks, and establish best practices to protect critical infrastructure and industrial control systems. You will be a leader within the CDW Security Delivery organization responsible for the growth and delivery targets of the OT Security Practice. You will help recruit resources into the OT Security Practice to address the delivery and sales requirements of the practice. What you will do: Develop and maintain comprehensive security strategies and roadmaps for clients' OT environments. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential threats and weaknesses in OT systems. Design and implement security architecture for OT networks, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network segmentation. Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards for OT systems in accordance with industry regulations and best practices. Develop incident response plans and procedures to address security incidents in OT environments. Evaluate and recommend security solutions and technologies from third-party vendors. Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, such as NERC CIP, ISA/IEC 62443, and other relevant standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT security, IoT, engineering, and operations, to integrate OT security measures into overall corporate security strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest OT security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve security practices. Lead OT Security practice program development activities, including offering development, field enablement, proposal generation, delivery targets, and recruiting objectives Integrate OT Security offerings with compatible offerings from other CDW Security lines of business Evangelize OT Security practice capabilities internally and externally to build brand awareness and credibility What we expect of you: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience Eight years of large-scale, enterprise-class planning, design, and implementation experience Proven experience in designing and implementing security solutions for OT environments Strong knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and PLC systems Familiarity with industry-specific security standards and regulations (e.g., NIST, NERC CIP, ISA/IEC 62443) Experience with security tools and technologies for OT, such as firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate, lead, build teams, work independently, and recommend business strategies Exceptional meeting facilitation skills. Excellent creative writing, technical writing, and documentation skills. Strong business skills. Exceptional leadership and team skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Demonstrates skills in collaboration with virtual teams, cross-functional groups and is able to solve complex problems. Experience providing project oversight, management, technical leadership or engineer mentoring. Relevant certification
