Description

We are offering a contract for a permanent employment opportunity for an IT Support Specialist in Clinton Twp., Michigan. The IT Support Specialist will be tasked with providing hands-on support for our assembly plant and office employees, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems on the shop floor and assisting with Microsoft Office 365 and other enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT technical support within a plant environment.

• Provide troubleshooting and support for Scanners and Printers.

• Address IT-related disruptions in collaboration with production teams.

• Respond and resolve IT incidents within a timely manner.

• Troubleshoot and assist internal employees with O 365 applications and provide software and Dell hardware support.

• Manage IT equipment setup, deployment, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT support role

• Proficiency in Dell Technologies

• Experience with Active Directory

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies

• Familiarity with Computer Hardware

• Understanding of Configuration Management

• Proficiency in O 365

• Ability to handle both Hardware and Software issues

• Skills in Basic IT Troubleshooting and Basic Network Troubleshooting

• Familiarity with Windows OS

• Experience working within a Manufacturing Environment
