Description:

• Disposition of customer returned product – Control of Non-conforming Product.

• Disposition of Internal and External Corrective Action Reponses (CAR)

• Analyze RMA data to identify trends and root causes of product failures.

• Communicate with customers regarding RMA status and resolutions.

• QMS internal audits

• Support the Quality Team with special process audits NADCAP (National Aerospace & Defense Contractor Accreditation Program)

• Collaboration with Engineering regarding customer complaints and product work instruction revisions Skills:

• Oversee the PPAP process to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.

Skills:

AS9100, ISO 9001, Quality assurance, Ppap, Quality engineering, RMA, Non-conformance, Manufacturing process, Lean manufacturing

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with 5 or more years’ experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering

• Familiarity of ISO 9001 / AS9100 Quality System Standards and QMS (Quality Management System)

• Preferred experience in development of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
