Job description

As a Digital Adoption Apprentice , you will play a crucial role in helping users effectively adopt our core digital tools and technologies such as JDE, Anaplan, Blue Yonder Ivalua ... Your primary focus will be on assisting with software onboarding, user training, technical support, and customer service related to digital products. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the successful adoption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

User Training and Onboarding:

  • Assist in training end-users on how to effectively use core tools and softwares.

  • Provide step-by-step guidance during software onboarding sessions.

Support and Troubleshooting:

  • Respond to user inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital solutions.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve any software-related problems.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of user interactions, training sessions, and support requests.

  • Create user-friendly documentation (such as FAQs or user guides) to facilitate adoption.

  • Report any recurring issues or trends to senior team members.

Feedback Collection and Improvement:

  • Gather feedback from end-users and key users regarding their experiences with digital tools.

  • Identify areas for improvement in the adoption process and suggest enhancements to enhance user satisfaction with the key users.

Collaboration and Learning:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as developers, designers, and product managers).

  • Continuously learn about new software releases, updates, and features.

  • Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance skills of our key users community.

Promoting Digital Literacy:

  • Educate users on the benefits of digital tools and encourage adoption.

  • Foster a positive attitude toward technology within the organization.

  • Promote best practices for efficient and effective use of software.

Qualifications

  • Interest in Technology: A passion for digital tools and technology is essential. Curiosity about software applications and a desire to learn are key attributes.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with users and explaining digital adoption processes.

  • Fluent English would be a plus.

  • Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to details during software onboarding and training sessions.

  • Collaborative Attitude: Work well within a team and be open to learning from experienced professionals.

  • Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing technologies and user requirements.
