Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting various assembly lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Cleveland, TN

Pay Range: $16.00 - $16.15 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assemble components and parts to build sub-assemblies or finished assemblies.

• Utilize hand tools, air tools, rivet guns, and robotic equipment effectively.

• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly drawings to ensure accuracy.

• Perform quality checks to ensure all parts meet inspection standards.

• Collaborate with team members and assist in training new employees.

What's Needed?

• Willingness to work overtime as needed based on business demands.

• No prior experience or licensing required.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Open to learning new skills and cross-training on different assembly lines.

• Must maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards.
