Cleveland Clinic Systems Analyst III (Oracle ERP Integrator experience required) in Cleveland, Ohio

Knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications and modules: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system, including knowledge of its modules (Esp , GL, AP, Procurement, Project Costing, ), functionality, and underlying architecture.

Experience with creating/updating/maintaining/troubleshooting Integrations between other systems and Oracle Fusion application using Oracle Integrations Cloud (OCI)

Experience with creating/updating/maintaining/troubleshooting OTBI, FRS, and BIP reports in Oracle fusion applications.

Knowledge of SQL as it relates to Oracle Fusion BIP.

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

Participates in regression testing for system upgrades.

Coordinates with internal and external clients.

Systems Analyst IIIs participate in feasibility analysis, estimating, planning, designing, developing, prototyping, implementing, quality assurance evaluation and modification of automated systems, as well as define training requirements, assist with automated systems training, and recommend solutions to enhance system functionality. While this is a remote position, you will need to live within comfortable driving distance of various Northeast Ohio sites, such as Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus, Independence Business Operations Center and Independence Family Health Center, for occasional in-person meetings and team office days.

The ideal future caregiver is someone who:

  • Has a college degree in a related field (Computer Science, Data Analytics, Database Management, etc.).

  • Has experience working in a healthcare environment with both operational and nursing data from multiple nursing areas.

  • Is comfortable with Tableau, Teradata, SQL server, and Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports and designs department project assignments and small system implementation.

  • Provides input to solution development efforts.

  • Completes assignments as directed.

  • Maintains schedules.

  • Tracks information system resources for assigned projects.

  • Reports on project time-lines and documents performance.

  • Develops work products, documentation of operational and business objectives, best technology capabilities and task level resource requirements.

  • Maintains project task plans, documentation and communications.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Certifications:

  • Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent preferred.

  • For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date.

Complexity of Work:

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and communication skills are required.

  • Excellent at problem solving and relationship building.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in information technology dealing with applications development and support, or end user training, or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position.

  • Offset: High School diploma/GED and seven years of experience.

  • Offset: Bachelor's degree and three years of experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

  • In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $33.46

Maximum hourly: $51.03
