Job Title: Quality Technician
Job Description
As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for approving incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. Your role will include approving in-process production and finished products by confirming specifications and conducting necessary tests. You will document inspection results, maintain measurement equipment, and ensure a safe and healthy work environment by complying with standards, procedures, and legal regulations. Additionally, you will inspect first-piece samples, perform receiving inspections of materials, assist in the calibration of in-house gaging, and prepare micro hardness test samples. Your commitment to updating job knowledge and complying with all company policies will be crucial. You will also be responsible for keeping your work area clean and performing other tasks as directed.

Work Environment
The position is based in a facility operating from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The older buildings, which are leased, can be warm in the summer and cold in the winter.
