Description We are in search of an HR Generalist to join our team located in Cleveland, Ohio. This role is essential to our operations, as you'll be tasked with managing a variety of human resources and payroll functions. You will also interact with different software like Microsoft Office, Paycor, and ATS. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage employee relations matters.

• Maintain compliance with HR regulations and company policies.

• Process payroll using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now systems.

• Handle various benefit functions.

• Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient HR operations.

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of HR-related documentation.

• Utilize Ceridian and Dayforce software for HR and payroll tasks.

• Provide clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

• Manage and oversee FMLA processes and procedures.

• Maintain accurate records and reports related to HR functions. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is essential

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is required

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a must

• Experience with Ceridian software is necessary

• Competence in using Dayforce is crucial

• Understanding of Benefit Functions is needed

• Excellent Communication skills are required

• Compliance management capabilities are essential

• Strong skills in Employee Relations are necessary

• Knowledge and understanding of FMLA is required TalentMatch®
