Die Repair / Manual Machinist - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 24-00471 Salary Range: $24.00 - $35.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits Cleveland, Ohio manufacturer is seeking to hire a Manual Machinist / Die Repair to clean, polish, and repair Die Cast Tooling. REQUIREMENTS • High School Graduate, (trade school or other postsecondary education a plus) • Must know how to operate Manual Machines and be able to train on die repair • Foundry experience is a plus • Makes Repairs to Die Cast Tooling • Polishes molds and cores • Assists in removing stuck castings from molds as needed • Set up & Operate standard tool room equipment including manual mills, lathes and grinders to machine parts for die casting equipment. • Make new slides, cores, ejector pins for Zinc & Aluminum Die Casting • 6:00am -- 4:30pm Monday through Thursday with OT on Fridays as needed Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
