CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Global implementation of the Business Integrated Operating Solution (BIOS) Mange and execute regional implementation strategies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives focused on OTC related processes and solutions. Supervise the planning, execution, and closure of projects within the region, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. Ensure that regional goals and strategies align with the broader global objectives of the Global Transformation Office, fostering a unified approach. Asses and improve implementation processes and methodologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the region. This position will oversee the execution of regional training within OTC related processes and solutions. Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor the regional implementation team, promoting a collaborative work environment, and providing opportunities for growth and development. Optimize allocation of resources, including staff, budget, and equipment to ensure effective and efficient project implementation. Regional Stakeholder Engagement Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders within the region, including clients, vendors, and internal team members, fostering strong relationships. Collaborate with various departments and teams within the organization to ensure a cohesive approach to regional implementation. Respond swiftly and effectively to any crises or emergencies that may affect the implementation within the region, ensuring minimal disruption. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Identify potential risks and challenges, creating mitigation strategies to prevent or minimize negative impacts on projects. Recognize and adapt to the unique cultural, economic, and market conditions within the region to ensure appropriate implementation strategies. Establish and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and performance, providing regular reports to senior management. Focus on customer needs and satisfaction within the region, ensuring that the implementation meets or exceeds customer expectations This role will support the LATAM Region POSITION REQUIREMENTS FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's Degree Preferred: Six Sigma, Lean training KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: 5+ years of experience in implementing or managing Supply Chain or Finance related business solutions In-depth knowledge of OTC business process and well versed with industry leading practices. Experience with multiple large-scale programs and projects, leading process optimization efforts and driving standardization is desired. Ability to lead and manage a diverse team of business, technology, and consulting resources across multiple work-streams. Proven ability to gain credibility at all levels quickly, excellence relationship management skills Demonstrate ability to influence change, supporting implementation of new concepts, tools and transforming culture. Stay abreast of platform updates and new features to propose continuous improvements. Investigate and resolve issues related to the OTC process. Provide support to business users and address system-related concerns.
