Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Cleveland, Ohio

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Cleveland, Ohio. This role is integral to our team, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer applications. The Customer Service Representative will also manage customer records and handle customer inquiries, making it a pivotal role in our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer credit

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Assist with inventory counting as needed

• Participate in weekly meetings with the Supply Chain Manager to resolve outstanding issues

• Update the warehouse inventory system using RF scanners

• Assist in the IM Transfer Out process for retail store orders by scanning with RF guns to the appropriate warehouse

• Track and enter retail store SRP numbers and store order discrepancies into the ERP system

• Investigate inventory issues with store managers and resolve if possible

• Assist with warehouse and inventory tasks as needed – such as order pulling, cycle counting, and season changes. Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively.

• Demonstrable experience in call center customer service.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Capable of performing data entry tasks with high accuracy.

• Skilled in handling email correspondence and maintaining professional communication.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks.

• Experience in order entry and processing customer orders accurately.

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Must be detail-oriented and organized.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
