Location: METROHEALTH MEDICAL CENTER

Biweekly Hours: 80.00

Shift: M-F 8-5

Summary:

Support, coordinate, and manages the Behavioral Health workforce development program. Plans and implements strategies to create alignment, synergies, and development opportunities for diverse talent. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with community partners, employment prospects, and the MetroHealth Access Center to ensure effective, efficient, and quality programming. Increases external awareness of MHS and the Behavioral Health Hospital through participation in community-based events.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in business, education, communications, human resources, or related field or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in addition to the experience stated below. Experience in workforce development, employment services, and vocational training. Experience in Project Management, including project planning and timelines, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. Demonstrated success in developing and driving workforce development strategies, influencing business stakeholders, and achieving significant and impactful results. Experience collaborating with community organizations. Demonstrates confidence and subject matter expertise when presenting to diverse populations (i.e., internal stakeholders, community members, etc.) Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to interact with individuals at all levels. Ability to independently foster relationships with key stakeholders. Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
