Company Name: The Tavern Coffee House Address: 12302 Buckeye Rd, Cleveland, OH 44120 Title: Barista Objective: Launch into discovering your career path and calling by starting at The Tavern Coffee House and our Stronger Careers Program Responsibilities: As a barista in our program, not only will you gain real-life work experience but you will also explore and discover your calling and work on a career path. A quality leader in our program will: • Provide excellent customer service to all who walk in • Take orders accurately and execute them with the highest quality • Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all Cleveland Department of Health guidelines Our program will provide you with: • High quality training in customer service • A position for a year at a livable wage • Coaching to support your career path • Resources to further your career and calling Schedule: 20 hours a week during our operating hours (M-F; 8am-12pm) with some weekend hours agreed upon in advance.
