Home Care Agency HR Recruiting and Administrative Assistant This position works M-F 9a - 3p in the agency office located in Clearwater (not a remote position). Job Description: * Answer agency phones greeting all callers with a cheerful pleasant voice. * Perform initial recruitment screening of applicants thru phone calls, texts and emails, and perform diligent and timely follow up with candidates. * Schedule interviews and orientation with applicants and new hires. * Monitor employment ads in Hireology and edit, add, delete as the agency needs change. * Monitor Hireology for applicant activity and assist them if necessary to complete all onboarding paperwork online. * Provide administrative assistance as needed to the HR Supervisor and other office staff as needed. Job Requirements: * Minimum one year of experience at a home care agency performing Recruiting and HR activities. (2+ preferred) * Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Mail. * Always present a pleasant, cheerful attitude on the phone and in person at all times. * Professional dress and appearance. * Consistently demonstrates compassion and empathy towards clients and caregivers. * Enjoy working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision. * Willing to have a Level 2 fingerprint background screening done.
